| Comment | I'm not nasty and selfish. I wake up early, and I understand that it's not acceptable to make too much noise in the morning before 9am.
That's when my free time is, but I do lots activities later or of consideration for by neighbours.
I expect the same courtesy from them at night time too. Why not? In fact the law agrees that 11pm is a reasonable cut off too.
Remember, I'm not talking about any noise. Just noise that disturbs people in another flat. |
