Thanks for the advice, I can tell your not new to this stuff lol.
The guy that quoted me has 5 star ratings all round and check a trade etc. I don't like to be the guy that gets 3 quotes but it's a lot of money. So no choice but to do that. He's also insured etc. Don't know how he's doing it without a scaffold. Maybe his insurer is OK with it due to some reason that's beyond me.
