Yeah you make a good point. It had a slight leak. Mostly during very heavy rain. Most likely over flow and the membrane underneath is gone because of its age.
City building just put some tarpaulin down to stop water damage for now.
Don't know if I want city builders in again after seeing the hotch potch job they did the last few years. I'll ask some professionals round to see what they say and give more quotes. |
