I had a small leak that the factor was informed about, and they came put a piece of tarp on it and said it will be responded to by the roofers. The Issue is that how can I trust the factor when the roof has had what looks like duct tape put on the tiles (one of the pictures shows the tile with silver tape in it) in multiple places.
They come and do the work without pricing it if its below approx £3000 and I don't get any before and after pics. Often they don't even communicate with me do the work and go away. We all get billed for the masking tape or whatever they did, we don't know. They have immunity to do as they wish hence I don't trust them.
I will however approach them to see what they suggest and just wait out the 6 weeks. Thanks for your insights. |
