I walked along dumbarton road last week in the morning taking photos as I seen like 10 bags all ripped apart by seagulls, it doesnt matter if they are going to get picked up 10 minutes later the rubbish is already all over the streets.
Ban using on street bags for waste collection, I have never actually seen any other place I live do it and probably because its a really fucking stupid idea.
