| Comment | The suburbs haven’t been too bad, at least the ones I’m around. I like in Pollok and our area isn’t too bad and the surrounding neighbourhoods like Cardonald and Darnley area decent areas.
But the city centre is becoming an absolute dump. I worked in a shop on Union Street until yesterday. Every day when I was walking to walk I was genuinely disgusted with the state the whole street is in. Empty shopfronts, that awful scaffolding, the stench of urine and junkies on every third step.
The other streets aren’t much better off. Suchiehall Street is vile to look at now and Buchanan Street is always full of overflowing bins, empty shopfronts, homeless, litter and empty booze bottles.
Our city is becoming vile to live in. |
