Try Carmichael Castle. A fun wee day out and a complete surprise when you randomly find a couple of quite substantial ruined buildings (that you ~can~ access. It’s a bit dodgy in places (esp. the upper levels) but worth the wee wander to find it. I know South Lan reasonably well but had never heard of this until I weirdly found this in a walk guide! |
