There are a few areas that are close to the city centre that you might have luck in, but they are a little……. Colourful?! For example, Bridgeton, Springburn, Royston.
Alternatively look a little further out, as long as you get somewhere with decent public transport links the commute won’t be a problem. Paisley, Cumbernauld, Coatbridge…..
