Would thoroughly recommend "John Carstairs Intensive Driving School". Passed with him back in May there and I absolutely hate driving. At 48 I definitely left it late but spent 30 years on 2 wheels so had a fair few bad habits to iron out.
He and his other instructors only do longer lessons / intensive courses but I personally found that much better than an hour here or there. My lessons were 2 - 3 hours at a time.
Ex military so doesn't get in a flap about anything and not the shouty moany type.
He's on Facebook and you'll find his FB page and website googling the name. If you message him via FB and explain your situation he'll get back to you quickly. No idea how far ahead he's booked up though. Best of luck with the driving :) |
