If you're willing to a bit further (35 minutes), I highly recommend the Campsie Glen Car Park (AKA Car Park in the Sky). It's most of the way up the Campsies and gives you amazing views over western Glasgow. If you're up for a walk, there's [Crichton's Cairn and Leckit Circular](https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/scotland/west-dunbartonshire/crichtons-cairn-and-lecket-hill-circular-walk). I went up expecting nothing and it blew me away. You can see all the way over the Grangemouth!
