I have those exact symptoms right now and it’s covid. I gave it a couple of days before testing in case I’ve just picked up a throat and ear infection (I’m prone to them) but tested today and it came up positive immediately.
You might be beyond the point when you’re viral so tests wouldn’t show anything?
