You are one of these people. Reread your prior comments. You give no consideration to rent or bills, and seem to think derelict business unit means cheap business unit. Secondly, you seem to be conflating people's concerns with them believing that it's a scam. Fronts and scams are not the same thing, people are not worries it's a scam.

This is actually what people are trying to tell you. No matter how cheap it is to purchase wholesale stock of American/foreign sweets, and how great a GP they make on each sale with the premium prices they charge, selling the occasional £10 box of twinkies still isn't enough to pay for high street rental and bill costs. This is why people assume it's a front.

You seem to be the only one identifying this as relating to a racial group. I've seen it argued that certain Turkish barbers are fronts, and I'd agree with you that such an accusation could be racially motivated. This isn't the case with the candy places though, it's just not a profitable business model - regardless of race.

Subconscious racism does exist as you say, and it should be called out. You're fighting the good fight on the wrong battlefield though. And tbh unfortunately people on Reddit are quite explicit when they are racist so you don't need to read between the lines
