Comment	Start with the river. That's why we're all here. The river being there is why Glasgow even exists in the first place. So let's invest in it. Look at places like Liverpool (which can be compared in so many ways with Glasgow) and what they've done with their waterfront and docks. Invest in the river and the rest will follow, as history teaches us.
