If you think 200k is affordable you live in looney land.

Save for 10% deposit plus probably 10k over HR. Would love to see your budget to do this on min wage.

It is _really_ simple. The concept of affordable housing means it is accessible to any single full time empyed person. That means 1 person on min wage should be able to buy a home. Not a big home. A wee flat. I'd love to see your budget you think you could accomplish this on.
