I actually agree with most of this, I don't think council run busses is smart however I would at most use a public private.
The motorway could possibly be gotten rid of all together or stripped down but it provides a barrier to business in city centre and west end. I think glasgow needs to do a few things to improve tbh for tourists and business.
1)control drinking culture and severely dial it down
2) really get under control of litter and other things people leave ie vomit and junkie detritus
3)improve subway
4) crunch down on the massive 6 lane 1 way roads that exist in the city centre for some reason and replace it with 2/1 Lane.
5) redevelop the immediate southside and improve transport links south |
