But aye thats how it is I'm in the care sector wanting an asda nightshift job 14 quid and the only responsibility is putting shit on a shelf with labels to the front? I'm on living wage and the responsibilities are insane. I drive too but don't tell the work that just ends up more paper work more faffle and nae more money. Every cunts like aye but your job must rewarding and aye it is just not financially rewarding. Which leads me to giving a bit of advice, if your ever choosing a care home for someone ask the staff what they paid, folk on min wage and low salaried couldn't care less so do a swift uturn and let the matron know. They still be good people just yeah the stress and the job gets to everyone. Same thing for staffing some homes just bring staff in for a couple of hours, the same couple of hours visiting time is! Once that's bye its bare minimum legally left to buzz about like blue arsed flys that can't give 5 mins to anyone. |
