Shocked and disappointed at your experience, my dad was in and out of hospital at the end of 21 before he passed in January after catching COVID in the HDU. All the staff in the ICU at the royal were literally amazing. It’s such a shame your experience is the polar opposite. Hope your mum gets the help she needs!
