I interviewed with them and was genuinely interested, they seem to be doing it right so could potentially partner with you.
As for with adults, I suppose I'd suggest getting them access to boot camps might be good. Work with the job centre on that, potentially host them in libraries etc too.
I'm assuming you work for government/council as opposed to for a private company otherwise my recommendation won't work obviously. |
