My experience is that phrases like "digital skills" and "tech ecosystem" don't really mean anything. IT is such a wide range of skill sets and activities, what do you really mean? Do you know yet?

I also find that there's an absolutely massive learning gap to take someone who has no idea how to use their computer aside from logging in to gmail and facebook, and get them ready for entry level employment. You need to start from scratch, and build all the way up, are you prepared for that?

As others have suggested, you need a well-designed, transparent, and linear set of courses, starting from the basic understanding of how computers really work, with pathways to go from there in to software development, or graphical design, or data science, or social media management.
