| Comment | The Barras was in decline for a good while there, but it's definitely picking up again. There are loads of new stalls and vendors, and it's not all "gentrification" at all. It's a good mix of the typical Barras stuff that looks like the spoils of housebreaking circa 1995-2003 as well as antiques & bric a brac, local crafts/artists, lots of vinyl, vintage porn, nice places to eat in Barras Art and Design, and a complete lack of pretension. |
