Can’t think of any actual cycle paths from carntyne to city centre, you have the Clyde cycle path and Cathrin braes but don’t think that’s what your thinking off.
Parkhead library isn’t too far, although if cycling I’d be more concerned about getting the bike stolen whilst your inside!
