It's never been this bad.
Remote working has seen people from across the UK move here as it's flats are/were cheaper and general cost of living is/was better too.
Plus with the influx of students coming in after last year was mostly remote the market just went crazy.
I've heard of people renting out their living rooms to people and charging ridiculous amounts as people are so desperate to find somewhere. |
