| Comment | Speak to the Partick Housing Association. Ward 23 was a trial zone for some rollout of green bins and if you don't have enough that can be fixed (so long as sufficient storage exists for this bins on site). PHA can discuss collections. But you can also call waste management, ask for a query call back, don't complain. The person you then speak to will actually know what is happening. Complaints can be (as in, nearly 100% is) a black hole in the council.
