| Comment | That's not the issue. Why do people blame the council for the rubbish etc? It's the people who are clatty and throwing their rubbish away. Look at the side of any dual carriageway in Scotland. Dirty manky clowns. Look at school playgrounds, full of rubbish! They're not being educated about how to dispose of their rubbish at school, so when they leave they just follow what they've been doing at school. I used to cut grass for the council and every school we went in was littered in rubbish. What happened to schools aiming for eco flags? After every break they should have a 3 minute clean up period before going back to class. It's an embarrassment looking at the state of the place and it's not the councils responsibility to bin people's rubbish for them. Some folk can't even have rubbish in their bag/pocket or car for ten mins til they find a bin because they think they're too good for carrying rubbish around. Fucking shambles. Stop blaming others and look at yourselves. |
