| Comment | With evidence and enough reports, it's absolutely necessary to fine them. You can dump rubbish for free at the dump so there's no excuse. Some councils do one free uplift a year. Another example... Across the road is loads of garden waste and cut down trees and old decking... Just look for the house with the freshly cut down tree and renovated garden. It really isn't hard to figure out. Less catering to these idiots will mean people will need to adapt and change. What's not fair is billing the full street for one person's mess. |
