Chiropractic treatment has been extremely heavily analysed and each time has shown to be absolute nonsense. Having said that, admittedly, the placebo effect is very very real. If you think you’re being treated for an ailment then you tend to feel better regardless. The laughably ridiculousness of homeopathy is a classic example. People genuinely swear by it believe it or not.
