| Comment | If you're within the first 14 days of your contract, you have a cooling off period where you can cancel.
If they put their prices up during your contract, outwith the period where you've agreed to price changes (probably March for CPI), then they'll let you leave at that point without being held to term.
Other than that, you've agreed a contract with them so you'll need to accept that as fact. |
