| Comment | With a budget like that, I'd imagine a 2 bed flat in any of those areas should be well within your reach and they are all decent areas with good transport links and lots of places to eat and drink.
Only thing I would say is that Shawlands and Battlefield are very popular and it's extremely competitive, the majority of flats go to a closing date and often go for 5-10% over the home report. If you're wanting you're money to go a wee bit further then Cathcart might be a good bet. It still has good transport links to the Southside and City Centre, few pubs about but quieter than Shawlands and Battlefield. |
