I shouldn't need to tell my councillor that there's fly tipping in my street. That there's potholes in the road. That the street lamps are broken.
I shouldn't need to tell them food banks are a bad thing. Or that public transport is horrendous and extortionate. Or that homeless people need homes.
I could go on. The point I'm making is that it's obvious what the problems are. It's their job to do something about it. I shouldn't need to explain that to my councillor (who I didn't vote for). |
