| Comment | The report was done in 2018/19, so that stat predates Covid and widespread hybrid working.
It's not even necessarily a bad thing that it's historically underused. It means we have capacity to remove several thousand on-street spaces in the centre, and have had the capacity to do this for quite some time.
It just takes a bit of political gumption and bravery to do it. Thankfully we're heading there. |
