Im meant to be in 3 days a week and WFH for 2. My boss isnt in my country and has given us the "You should be in 3 days a week but I'll never ask if you're in the office or check your camera" chat. He thinks WFH should be fine.
I do try to go in 1 or 2 days a week though as there are some jobsworths that would love to point fingers and grass about people not being in. |
