That's what I'm describing above, and what I would advocate for if Glasgow became car free.
If he's not able to drive and needs assistance, then you'd be able to get a permit to drive in town due to special circumstances. I still think there need to be a few 1 lane roads for deliveries and people with special needs, so the infrastructure would still be there. |
