Mainly WFH, one or two days a week preferred by management but not mandated. I still go in at least once a week for meetings, catching up qith the team face to face. The days in the office are mostly a jolly for other folk in the team. I don't go to work to socialise so it's pretty frustrating seeing the 45mins coffee breaks in person when I'm just used to seeing an amber icon on a chat client. It's also a complete faff going in to find that a monitor or cable has been moved from the area and there never seems to be two days the same at the same desk, bit of a shit show at times from a tech POV.

There's also zero inclination from me to log back on when I've returned home on my office days, whereas I'm quite happy to accept a late meeting or hang around a bit longer to get something finished it home. It's just a better way of working for me in general but I know it doesn't suit everyone.
