I gave it a go. I used to like running but I fell off a climbing wall 9 years ago and got a leg injury so after a while I find that the impact builds up and is pretty hard on my knees/ankle unfortunately. My problem area is my midriff whereas my legs are consistently my best feature so running maxes out something for me that is already pretty good if you see where I’m coming from
