I’m so happy that you had good results for yourself, especially after a back injury because that just sounds so rough. I will check out that calorie counting idea. I’ve always been quite afraid of calorie counting because it makes me feel terrible and overly focused on food. I eat a totally vegan diet so as long as I’m not overdoing carbs or junk food style meals I tend to be okay. I do want results though so maybe I should be looking into this further.
