Don’t want to sound condescending but do you eat out often/takeaways etc? I noticed cutting that out of my life to maybe once or twice a month was a big game changer for me. I generally eat chicken rice and frozen veg Monday to Friday. Not the most exciting but keeps me honest and stops the expensive lunches when I’m at the office or last home from gym. Treat myself on the weekends and cook up meal pack kinda things. |
