| Comment | Any proper journalist would have asked the individual if they could quote them. Nobody should be running quotes that aren't attributed to a real person. No real news outlet is running stories based on what anonymous people said on the fucking internet and it would have been very easy for the 'journalist' here to DM the person and arrange a call to get them to talk about what they'd seen and why it's a problem. That way the Reddit poster gets a chance to put their side across properly. They could have been drunk when they posted that, or anything. Utterly awful, lazy, bottom-feeding dogshit from the person who copy/pasted from an anonymous source. Reddit isn't plagued by ads, and people come here for a reasonable discussion on things in Glasgow. An ad-infested website like this profiting from what somebody said on a free website without either linking back or citing their source is pathetic. |
