Yeah I understand, therapy is an absolute nightmare and yeah NHS is only helpful when you're absolutely just dying. Yeah I'm sort of the same, don't smoke, don't drink, not even much of a social person and have no friends so that helps. but again I really do hope you find some relaxation or at least the economy does.
