| Comment | Not sure if it counts but I met Alan Cumming and his husband a few weeks ago at a swimming pool. He watched the expression on my face go from puzzled to realisation as I registered why I recognised him and subtly mentioned to my partner. He immediately left. I actually felt quite bad that it was presumably my recognition of him that caused him to leave, I'm not one to approach famous people, especially when they're in their speedo's.
Once he took his swimming cap off on exiting the pool, more people recognised him. Poor guy was trying to have a relaxed swim with his husband and instead he was getting hounded by 50 y/o women for selfies in the changing rooms.
