Partner's has to to put a note on top of the recycling bin for me because I can never remember what GCC recycle. TBH it's probably easier to just bin everything given how little they accept, not that that's a particularly helpful attitude.

Council tax in Glasgow is very high, they could at least provide recycling. Where we used to stay the council tax was much lower and they recycled basically *everything*.

Also, the staff at the dump are generally rude and unhelpful. They also often ask you to put the stuff you've separated for recycling into "household" i.e. landfill.

What's the point of even trying?
