I’m trying to help point OP in the right direction no need to be defensive about Glasgow Mexican food lol.
You can go to nearly any metropolitan city in the world today and get really solid Italian/Chinese/Thai/Indian etc so it was surprising to move over to the UK and find that Mexican has not achieved that same reach.
