Comment | It's never happened to me before, but normally I have been doing some weights while training which I hadn't before this one, so assiming that's the issue. I ran the Men's 10k in 1hr12 earlier this year and was hoping to be under 1hr10 going into the Great Scottish run in October, but it's a good read on where I am in terms of the year.
Mad that they didn't put up loads of warning signs on the cycle track or even close it for a period, there are some really blind corners so surprised there weren't any collisions. |
