I suppose there's the thing that since long dry spells followed by heavy rain are getting more common, what are they doing to future proof this (hypothetically). Do you know if there are any water companies doing well that could be leading by example or further reading on this?

To be honest I threw this out as a bit of a random query but now I'm quite interested.
