Sure, Glasgow does need more hotels but also Clyde waterfront deserves mixed developments. There's virgin hotel, Clayton hotel, jury's Inn and now this one. I'm glad that an empty site is getting redeveloped but a waterfront full of hotels and student accomodations won't provide much for residents.
