I hate all politicians as they are on the majority lazy and useless as is proved every day at both Bute House and No. 10. There are many benefits to being employed by the Gov / Council and in Scotland we have a far higher percentage of Gov employees than other parts of the country. I understand why everyone wants more money - they would be mental not to - but they should also acknowledge that at this particular moment in time there are so many others much worse off who will ultimately be hit to pay for any local Gov funded workers. Maybe you can afford to pay more community tax just now and would be happy to - many people simply can’t. |
