| Comment | Well simply put, because the endless paragraphs really aren't necessary to explain this, salaries and bonuses make most organisations top heavy financially. Simply stop increasing pay at the top, and redirect that money to the workers near the bottom who will struggle to pay their bills.
We're talking the difference between poverty for one worker and a second/third/fourth home for a privileged worker. |
