Obviously this will be highly variable but here's a ball park for you.
I live in a mid sized 2 bed west end tenement here's the AVG utilities over the last few months (bear in mind I've not used the heating and the price of gas and electric is about to go up in October).
Gas and electric £60-75
Council tax (includes water) £105
WiFi £25
Total: ~£200 (split between 2 though)
You'll most likely use less electricity and you will get a discount on your council tax as you will (presumably) living alone
