| Comment | My friend once had to swerve abruptly after the cyclist jumped onto the road right in front of him. He lost control of his vehicle, left the road and hit a tree. A low branch of that tree smashed into his cab, luckily he ducked in time so he ended up only with some minor injuries. But the cab of his 12 tonne lorry was to be written off, he needed to replace it with other one.
He still struck a cyclist as well, but he got off lightly with just a broken arm. |
