If anything it's gotten very slightly better compared to 20-30 years ago. Still a very long way to go yet. But it doesn't seem quite as pervasive as it seemed when I was growing up.
Or that could just be the fact that you're exposed to loads of different subcultures in school & the like and as I've grown older I just have a social bubble where I don't see much sectarianism. It at least doesn't seem to have become *worse*. |
