| Comment | It's not a Glasgow-specific thing, but it seems way more popular here than elsewhere... Why do people walk about with their phone on speaker, holding it horizontally at their mouth? Seemed to be teenage Indian kids that did it first, and now all sorts of folk are doing it. Middle-aged women, massively. No earbuds in, just holding it up on speaker. Why not just, I dunno, hold it up to your ear? Unless they're all speaking to very interesting and important people and they want everybody to hear? |
